The reason i ask is that a few weeks ago during a burst water main in the town, whereby half the recipients were without any supply my shower was the bossiness something i can only put down to an increase in my mains pressure needless to say burst fix means dribbly shower again

Thanks..As yet i don't have stored water but the only other option to boost the pressure would be to use an accumulator which is expensive and has its own drawbacks

is it possible to increase combi pressure at my shower head by pumping extra water from a cold water header tank into the cold mains supply? Iwas thinking of including a pressure relief valve to allow overpressure to return to the tank, and including non return valve on incoming main
