During the spring I had a new combi boiler fitted onto an older radiator system. All is fine apart from one rad in the downstairs living room. This rad is lukewarm, where as the rest are hot. The bleed valve on the rad is stuck solid so I can't bleed it. Anybody got any suggestions as to...
