    Originally there was a stuart turner fitted of same design so replaced with grundfos. I called grundfos about it and they said its normal for it to get hot. They didn't state how hot though. It's used for showers, toilets and sinks.

    Hi, just had a grundfos 3 bar,twin impeller, negative head fitted for my house. Just a question on its operation. When the cold water is only being pumped, the hot water end of the pump is getting extremely hot. Is that normal?

    I have just been looking near the pump and there is a small connector attached to water pipe and also connected to the mains, and also a silver dome about 10 cm by 5 cm, with 1 bar labelled on it. Is that the pressure sensor and switch?
