I suggest you employ the services of an architect. Roof structures are complex in the extreme and if you get it wrong ... !

Look up 'Trussed Rafter Roof Design' and 'Mono Trusses' which is what you have basically designed here. This will give you the type of structure you need.

I had the same problem. Sent mine back for repair and received a new one. (Still under warranty)
