yeah no danger of that, not had hot water 4 a couple of days so got electric 4 boiler cut of from main fuse box. need 2 buy parts 2mrw (hopefully) & got sparky mate comin round 4 a look cheers

thanks 4 ur replys guys after using boost 4 just 60mins this is wot has caused thermostat 2 literally melt, although element fine etc. havin isolated electric have found there is 240v goin in2 wall unit ( timer & boost) which is also now out of order, which i guess why over the years...
