How can i access a window (from the outside :D ) for painting if there is a bay window directly underneath it ? The bay window roof is at a 45 degree angle (ish) Will a normal ladder do - it would have to be at an angle of about 45 degrees or will a specialist ladder, like a conservatory...

Hi I'm trying to find the BS building regulations for conservatories, in particular the new one coming into play next year (i think) about heating the conservatory. I've tried British Standards online and over the phone and they couldn't help me. Does anyone know the BS numbers ? Cheers
