the hot seems to stay on then if turn the thermostat to cold the water stops. The cold comes from the tank in the loft.

How do i know? Sorry no nothing about this sot of thing.

Recently had a thermostat shower fitted. At first everything running fine then all of a sudden the water stopped flowing. If i turn the shower on to hot the water flows ok for a little while as soon as i turn it to cold the water stops. Is it because i need a booster pump?
