Hi I have an issue with my boiler, basically when the CH is on and you request hot water it comes through fine but once you turn off the hot water tap the boiler starts trying to fire up (if that the word) like its switching back to CH but then cuts out again, and keeps doing this so starts...

yup deffo no ventilation it runs straight to the man hole, would i be able to "break" into the other pipe underground and T it off ? the reason i ask is the pipe run close to where the new stack would be and in the direction the new stack would run

luckily there is an inspection chamber already about a foot away but no stack

nope no vent to attach to its a house built in 1935 and it looks like the pipe work goes under the house....
