It has been bent, twisted to the extent that is has split and is rendered none fixable. (its the only thing wrong with it) The problem is the boiler is so old, (works 100%) that the outer casing is obsolite.. ...may need to search hard

I will have to keep searching, that is the only thing wrong with the boiler so it would be a shame to buy a new one and spend the money due to case

Hi all Have a Baxi WM 512 RS CAT 1N.. ...my white outer casing is knackered so to say and need a new one! ...Iv had a search on net but cant find one (ill keep looking) Are all cases pretty standard or the same? Is there one i can buy that will fit the above boiler? cheers

iv been told its the seal around the unit..it looks as if you unscrew the front and the seal around that..which he pointed too
