thanks Gobo- I went back to it today and have started sanding down what is dry already. I was hoping ot avoid having to do that, but turns out it wasn't such a crisis after all!

Hi- and HELP! I've just hi-glossed some exterior window frames (they'd been sanded and undercoated, left to dry etc...), and about half an hour after I was done this grey cloud came in. It RAINED. Ouch. The paint is left with bubbles and bobbles, but it's still raining so I have no idea...
