Just a quicj thought are they hard to replace the PCB?

Please could someone help me My machine on/off button flashes like mad and the 4th button on the other side (Time saver) flashes the machine tries to work but fails any ideas could it be filter please try to help. I can not afford an engineer at the moment thanks in advance Clee :)
