Hi all thanks for your feedback re-confirming the symptoms. No Heating or Hot Water. Water pressure ok. Flue fan not running. No power at the fan. Will post again very soon with the remedy. Good luck all.

Hi, got a baxi 105e combi boiler and the pressure gauge reads 2bar. The problem no hot water or heating. The fan on the flue turns very slightly when boiler turned on then stops, it turns freely by hand. Any idea of the reason for the fan not running ie fan motor gone or the power to...
