Have a Triton T100E and have just had a shower but now the water wont stop coming out! The power is off even at the switch but still its pouring out!!! Any ideas???

Open vent? I thought you meant the outlet valve where you attach the hose pipe to drain the system. We turned the plug/bit above the valve and this is the bit that water comes out of instead of where the pipe was attached. I'm now guessing this is not the same place as where you back fill...

I meant plug!! its been a long day!

Can't back fill because when we tried to drain system water came out the plu that opens the o/v!!

Done that then! and nothing happened so now convinced its blocked somewhere!! Any advice on unblocking? Thanks for help

When we turn the power off to it, the lever moves over to the left by itself - do you mean then push it back to the right and in?

Did not clean tank - lots of muck in it! How can you tell if valve is open though? How can you tell if the cold feed is blocked and how do you unblock it? thanks

Have drained central heating system but now it wont refill. Am assuming the water is stuck at the mid-position valve. Have an acl lifestyle mid-position valve 679h340-30l0 which we can't tell if its in the manual/open position - any ideas what to do next?? or how do you tell if the valve is...
