:) - thank you - but at the risk of being even more stupid -you do mean the CH pipes in the loft - don't you and not just the pipes near the sink etc?

OK - here we go - may be a stupid question - so forgive my ignorance in advance!! Stepson has just had new combi boiler fitted and now loft is full of pipes to central heating. He has had an electric shower removed and now wants to replace that with thermostatic mixer as the central heating...
