I had 4 rooms plastered and were painted about a year ago.Just recently there have been mysterious stains/moulds appearing on the ceilings and walls.They are in the kitchen and bedrooms and on internal and external walls,It looks like a mould as just wipe away.Any ideas as seems to be spreading...
