Mine didn't do anything when I opened the door and held the start button could I be doing anything wrong? It did stop mid cycle yesterday flashing 3 times though. It has never worked right since we bought it so I think it needs to go back.

Did you get this fixed? As it sounds the same problem as ours. It seems to prerinse then turn off. Desperate to get it working.
