Can you guide me to where this is stated. The Local Council Building Inspection Department have told me it is only viewable if the original applicant agrees.

Just spoke to Astracast today and a rather rude person accused me of damaging the sink, I was told that the sinks are fully tested before leaving Astracast. I was told that cracks don't just develop after 6 months, mine could have been there for ages but would have been covered by the basket...

OMG I have been cleaning my Astracast black geo rok sink tonight and have just found 2 cracks. Don't know how long they have been there but they have developed since installation approx 6 months ago. They are at the front and back of the half sink/drainer section on the top near to the molded...

Apparently PP office used their discretion and allowed developer to overlook quite a few conditions. There is no paper evidence of this however.
