there is no way of putting it onto heating only, you can only put it to heating/hot water or hot water only, now it wont fire at all, there is noise from the pump and a noise as if its trying to fire up

Please help my volkera options boiler is firing up for 15 secs then going out for a further 60 secs and repeating the cycle, i have to intermitently top up the pressure, but as of now the pressure is sitting at 2 and a half bars.
