    The boiler is not currently connected, I don't think it has for some time as it now has a combi boiler the kitchen. It just has the old pipework ruining down to under the floor boards were it has previously been discounted as the pipework is jus open ended.

    If you have to take the boiler off first, do you have to discounnect the pipes then take the cover off to get to the screws holding the flue on?

Is it best to remove the flue from the outside ( chipping the cement from around it and pulling it off). Or discount the pipework and pull the boiler off the wall from the inside, or would...
