do i measure from inside the frame...or shd i measure the door itself standing inside the house or from outside with door open...i get 2 different measurements

many thanks for the information about closing the stopcock outside to repair the leaking taps inside... so what could be causing the pressure the drop on the boiler...it seems to drop as soon as the boiler has reached its temperature settings ie...would be 1.6 when heating then reduces...
