Is there any way we can check the valve body without having an engineer out again?

Can someone please help? We have had a Drayton Mid Position Actuator fitted but we seem to have heating all the time! The hot water is fine - it seems to talk to the programmer for that but not for the heating... I am having to control the heating through the thermastat but it means that the...
