The white collar seems to be either concrete or something simillar.

If I understand that correctly then you are suggesting that I run another live connection from the permanent live on the light switch, through the trunking, and into the airing cupboard where I presume I will need to connect all three wires into a three pole isolator switch and then route them...

Wiring from trunking into the airing cupboard and through the messy hole into the back of the bathroom light fitting. Ignore the connector. I put this on as a temporary measure in anticipation of creating a proper feed for the extractor fan.
