yes there is a pcb, it was a short burst, there does not seem to be much on the pcb, only switches, no ics or anything

yes motors turn by hand, i have used a tranformer after i usd the 240v, but nothing happens

i recently bought a ice blender from the states, i did not realise it was only 120v and plugged it into mains, it blew, the motors seem to be turning ok and dont appear damaged any solutions please
