    thanks again, "wicked web site " circuit diagram of 3 way valve v. helpful, completed my own system diagram and although voltage at stat causing led to 1/2 ignite i can see why. Fingers crossed no more probs.

    Yes i believe so. i have tried a new 3 way valve and fault remained, i am begining to suspect cyl stay.

    Hi hope someone can help, i have got a good grasp on the elec controls for my CH system but cant work out why i got approx 100v back feeding down to the room stat sw line. First fault occured was boiler constantly trying to re-ingite (mother board relay firing) i conducted full auxillary checks...
