Hi folks, I was hoping somebody could give me a general figure for the price of an extension. It would be 5mx3.5m, single storey with a mono pitched roof, pebbledash finish. Just shell build cost, no internal plastering or boarding, no electrics or plumbing. Cheers, Bob
