Far from it mate, you're spot on, the diaphragm has a hole in it, near the outside edge about 1/16". I've done a right bodge temporary fix with bin liner and super glue :lol: Spare ordered and on it's way, thanks to all who replied. :wink:

I've read a good number of threads regarding problems with this boiler but none exactly like this one. Central heating works fine. Hot Water Pre Heat works. Hot Water on demand no go. I think I've found the problem but not a solution. I've stripped and cleaned the Pressure Differential...

Look at the box on the side of the pump where the electrical connections are, there's a white switch with a slot to turn it, make sure it's in position 3, which is the fastest flow rate and most power.
