I have a 2 year old Baxi Instant HE combi which generally works OK. However, when the hot tap is turned on the water flows briefly at a good rate but then noticeably drops so that it is necessary to turn the tap up a bit after a few seconds. Is this normal or can I fix it? Many thanks in...
