Ive added the picture of the valve that is leaking..you think that could be the problem ..sorry need to bring this post to life again..even the plumber is struggling to get a replacement valve for this. If you guys have seen some thing like this before..Ive edited the main post in page 1. thanks

Hermann is history. I made up my mind to change it rather than fixing it after reading reviews of a lot of people saying they spent more money fixing it and still keeps breaking down. I know its too early to speak as i still have problems but fingers crossed after this is fixed wont have...

THanks for all the replies people. Finally got hold of 2 good plumbers and both are coming to have a look tomorrow. Will get hold of one of them and get the job done. will keep you posted on which route i took and how much it cost and etc. thanks again!

yes i want to chill! but only thing bothering me is that people tell me topping up the system that often is gonna mess the boiler up ? Upto what extent is this true ?

I tried finding something in the instructions manual on how to repressurise the system but nothings on it :S i just found out i had to bleed the radiators out every time i top up but other than that i havent got a clue what i need to do.

yeah checked the rest and none are exept that one and dont think a minor leak like that could drop the pressure of the whole system to 0 ? and looks like might have to rip out the laminate :( why havent they made an infrared gun so you can just turn the heating on and obv the pipes will...
