The actual diverter valve I fitted is all copper with a plunger inside it..hope that makes sense! Can anyone verify that if the flow pipe has a small u bend then goes straight up into the ceiling , that water should be coming out of it, if its disconnected from the valve? sorry cant post pics...

no I cant use a meter :-( regarding power to the gas valve, pass. All I did was replace the board, although a plumber said the valve could of stuck, and to tap it gently wich I did to no avail. also there is no reset switch on this boiler. any ideas kevplumb?

yes the gas is turned on. I havve just tried the old pcb, and the same is happening. (I had to tap the plastic box surrounding the contacts in order to light the boiler b4) all I get is the clicking, no ignition.

Hi, guys! Ive got a problem with my boiler not lighting. I changed the pcb board today and connected everything back correctly. now when I switch it on I get the clicks, but no pilot light. I had to change the pcb because one of the contacts had burnt out. any idea anyone?
