Hi I am in the same position. A new Trianco boiler with constant lockouts and sooting. The Trianco engineer has been out twice and the original commissioning engineer too. The photocell is cleaned but the lockouts increase as the burner (i assume) starts to soot up. I'm at that stage now once...
