there is a drip coming from the bottom of the boiler. is the heat exchange easy to find and fix

can anyone help...i have a celsia 24l combi boiler and the pressure keeps going up to about 3 1/2 bar. i keep letting the pressure out but as soon as the heating comes on in goes back up. what can be the problem? thanks
