problem is when i turn on the hw tap the boiler does not fire up and also same with heating, the pump is running but fan is not if i pull off the tube on the aps and suck slightly the boiler fires up, i checked and changed one of the flow switches the other is ok but still the same. any ideas.

problem is boiler cycles on and off with ch on only it fires up for low flame then goes to high flame then cuts out this happens all the time, but not from cold in the morning but once heated up it starts to cycle on and off. dhw only is fine
