Sorry The sterling 10 alarm needs a NVM reset. help please anybody!

Hi Guys Can anyone tell me how to do a nvm reset? I have lost my code and do not have an engineers manual. I can remember that you need to use a wire and short out a connection and cycle the power but cant remember which pins. Where can I buy a manual from? thanks Imran
