yes the flame goes out

i have a worcester bosch 280 rsf, sometimes while running the hot water for a short while, when you turn the tap off the boiler will make a banging sound and the reset switch will pop, and the expansion vessel makes a gurgling sound, any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers steve
