Sorry, but I am not sure aboiut sealed or vented, chances are that I would guess vented, as it sits in a utility room with a flute that goes out. The boiler is a Potterton, not a combit I should add.

I have a normal bolier/CH system. The pilot light and the timer is on, but there is not heating or hot water. As newbie, can someone advise as to what the problem could be. Thanks in advance.
