    When I moved into my last house 9 years ago the previous owners left a teak garden seat with the same problem the fix is to sand it back to the grain and apply teak oil which can now be got in a spray I still have the seat and 15min at the start of each season is all it needs to look like new

    Sorry I was looking 2 see if anything had come on the market that would let you plaster on wood sheeting and there isn't. However posting still there and since the information I posted is accurate it is still valid and could save someone spending hours trying to find a product that doesn't exist.

    Simple answer is no and you never could that is why lathe was used the plaster goes through the spaces and forms a hook type of effect holding the plaster in place. Any attempt to use plaster especially in a moist or damp area will fail.
