Im a bit new to this. Is the transformer the white box connecting the wires from all the lights? :oops:

My 5 halogen lights were installed in my bathroom 2 yrs ago now they have went out and wont come back on. I have bought 5 new bulbs and replaced them all but still nothing. Any ideas? :(
