not a boiler but i changed an old SMC pump from under a kitchen floor which had been running since 1960, and seen out 3 boilers. Good job i had some pump extensions in my garage.Put it in my scrap bin, weighs a ton. Wonder if the grundfoss'll still be going in 2060 ?

Touch the 2 pipes coming off the boiler when it's in cycling mode, if they're hot (60-70 deg), then everythings fine. if they're only luke warm then there's a problem. Dont get talked into changing it, great little boiler.
