Hi no gas just electric water boiler with timer and immersion. Thought I'd cracked it before reset thermostat again and it started making noises that sounded like it was heating up but still no hot water! Thanks for ur help think I will phone the plumbers who fitted it tomorrow cheers

Hi I have the above boiler and got up yesterday and had a freezing cold shower, the boiler doesn't seem to be heating the water at all. The timer and the emmersion heater seem to be working as all the lights are on! It has 2 guages on the boiler but I am a novice when it comes to sorting it out...
