I am looking at laying reclaimed Parquet flooring and wanted some advice. Looking to fit electric underfloor heating and wanted to know if anybody can confirm if I need to remove the bitumen from the Parquet before laying. I have to have 10mm levelling compount layed on top of the underfloor...
