Sorry , I meant to say does it perform as good as a angle bead

I've got an old lathe and plaster ceiling and I want to board it and skim. Would it be ok to board straight over it or should i remove the old lathe and plaster first. Obviously i'll be screwing through into the joists. Cheers john

Hi all, screwfix has this for sale. Is it any good. It has two strips of metal to replace a corner bead, never used it, wondering if it was worth trying or not. Cheers John
