I have a Bosch EXXCEL 1200 Model WAE24465. It is filling up with water but not washing the clothes. The timer is counting down very quickly. The drum is moving but the clothes arent being washed. The machine was bought May 2007. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thanks.
