It is a compressor the drip tray is on top ( only 1 ) I have had the back of the inside of the freezer off and NO ice at all . I have had my hair dryer on but only a little bit of water has been coming out. I will leave it for a bit longer but do not think much more water will come out...

Will take the plunge i have emptied the whole fridge and freezer and will try that and see if it works . Hopefully it is fingers crossed .

Hi Yes it is a frost free I have cleaned the dip tray and cleaned the dust off the back . Not sure how many compressors it has . I only have one dial to turn fridge freezer up and down . Hope this helps
