Yes sounds like that, it does move. I can pull it back its about 3mm thick. Other hairline cracks also visible but they aren't coming away.

Hi all, I'm after some advice for repairing a ceiling crack in the plaster. Is it as simple as some flexible adhesive followed by flexible filler? Thanks in advance for any advice given, really appreciate it.
