    If i can stop his voice and loud talking to his mates i will be happy with that.i'm alright with hearing footsteps, doors shut etc and i dont hear tv, music or bass noise. its just his deep loud voice. The main reason i think i hear his voice is his room has wooden floor on floor boards...

    Hi Everyone, Im sound proofing a party wall to stop mainly voice noise and my local builders have 2 products which i can use, ROCKWOOL FLEXI 100MM or SUPERGLASS M/P ACOUSTIC MAT. Can anyone recommend which one would be the best to use?? cheers

    thanks ajrobb The best thing i can do is get the floor boards and fill/pack it with as much sound proofing i can and seal any gaps etc I've been to my local builders shop and the materials i'm going to use are GTEC db wallboard doubled up and i got to decide on either ROCKWOOL FLEXI 100MM...
