    This happened to our 3 litre Rodeo once but my wife had filled up in a town away from our home and picked up some dirty/watery fuel. I would drain your tank and see what comes out then refill with a good known fuel.

    Fuel gauge problem Mercedes C 200 classic 1997

    After filling the tank the gauge shows zero and low fuel light comes on intermittently but after using some fuel (About 45mins) it goes up to show almost full and works ok until the next refill. Can anyone figure out how to fix it please?
