Trunking (empty) is already buried so cable is > 50mm deep in plaster - did check 7671 - was just unsure of building control bit Thank you- fat32

Simple Spur from Ring Main
Hello I have a ring main on a 32A MCB protected by an RCD - I want to add a fused spur at 3A. Load is minimal - about 1A tops so there is plenty of room, but is it notifiable/do I need an electrician/will building control be all upset?- fat32
