    Cold Water Main Condensation

Anyone had any experience with this? I have a problem with a lead main that is 'sweating' and causing mould in a downstairs neighbours house. Started happening after we changed our system to a combi boiler. Problem is it's either totally buried in his wall or half buried in his wall or...

I havent got any emails saying that I'd had any replies? I thought no-one had replied to MY post, when in fact it was me that being rude. @bengasman & Nige F: Well, inexpensive would be under a 1K really. (well under). For everything, labour incl. All I want to do is move some waste water...

Hmmm, yeah I'll try that. Just to make doubly sure it is the shower before I start cutting ceilings etc. Thanks! If it is the shower, what would you reccomend? A Hep VO Trap on the shower waste pipe maybe?

Hi All, Have a customer, who's just moved into a house, and have discovered they have a bad smell coming from their upstairs shower (which never gets used, it's pretty much a spare bathroom). We've tried drain cleaner but that doesn't seem to be working, well, the smell does disappear...

    Glowworm Micron 60ff

Hi, Sorry to jump on this thread so late but you boys seem to know your Microns! I have a Micron in a cupboard, that seems to cut out only when the door is closed. It's just had this cupboard built around it and is the downstairs toilet, so it's a fairly small space - no windows, just an...

Was your boiler firing at all? Because I'm getting the same error message, but dont see how it could be the spark gap if my boiler fires and runs for a while (1 / 2 minutes) then cuts out and displays error 133? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Basket waste JUST too short or shallow?

Cheers for the replies! Good idea on the longer screw! Its a standard Mcalpine basket waste so I'll see if I can get one from them, a bit longer, with the same thread. Going to try a few merchants today and see what I come up with. Thanks again for the help. PS: I have got the...

Basket waste JUST too short or shallow?

Hey hey hey! I trying to find a basket waste for a Belfast sink (atleast I think its a Belfast - its a deep, square, white, china kitchen sink). It has no overflow either. A standard basket waste fits perfectly into the sink (oh, there was an waste disposal unit in there previously but I...
