Got it sorted. Was going to leave it loose but decided to knock a bit off the end of the retaining screw (it was a new one the old one was worn - had to snap the lock to get it out!). Took about 2mm off the end of the screw with a hacksaw and it works no problem now. Bit rough and ready but it...

Hi, I've just replaced a euro lock cylinder but when I fully tighten the retaining bolt the lock wont lock. If I loosen it it works ok. Anyone have any ideas what the issue might be or how to fix it? Cheers!
