When I switch the bedroom light on just the one light I have on the ceiling in the Bedroom comes on Thanks

I am after a bit of help please. Trying to fit a chandelier in my bedroom. On the chandelier there is one blue wire, one brown wire, one earth wire. In the bedroom there is 2 red wires, 2 black wires and 2 earth wires. Can anyone explain how to connect the light up please Thanks for the help.
